Multi-Media Adventures
For Artists 6 to 16
Free art classes held at 10 am each Saturday morning in The
Madelyn Helling Library Community Room are taught by professional artists
who volunteer their time and expertise to provide artistic guidance and
inspiration for young people 6 to 16 years of age. Class schedules are
published quarterly through out the year with activities that culminate in
MAMA's Annual Children's Art Show, Award Ceremony and Children's Art
Auction called FROM A KID'S POINT OF VIEW.

This year the Tenth Annual From a Kid's Point of View Art Show will be
held on Saturday, September 22, at 10 am in The Community Room at The
Madelyn Hellling Library in Nevada City.

MAMA'S
SATURDAY MORNING CHILDREN'S ART CLASS PROGRAM IS HELD EVERY SATURDAY EXCEPT
FOR HOLIDAYS THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.
THE CLASSES MEET AT
THE COMMUNITY ROOM AT THE NEVADA COUNTY LIBRARY FROM 10 AM TO 11:30 AM
ON SATURDAY MORNING AND ARE TAUGHT BY ARTISTS WHO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME
AND EXPERTISE.
THE CLASSES ARE FREE!
A PARENT NEEDS TO BE PRESENT WITH THEIR CHILDREN MAKING THE EXPERIENCE
A FAMILY ART CLASS.
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 35 AS CHILDREN COME ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
BASIS.
